Insurance Call Centre Office Migration

When a global insurance company outsourced their IT to focus on their core business, all of their voice services were unifed onto a new Avaya IPT platform. This was a huge undertaking considering the insurer had 15,000 staff located in 25 branch offces spread all over the country and 5000 front offce agents located in 4 large call centres. With Ballintrae's call centre migration experience, a team were brought in to project manage the migration of the telephony for 3 of their largest call centres and 8 regional branch offices.

Leading Bank Turns to Ballintrae for Major Security Project

Telephony Project for Major Global Financial Institution

When a major global investment bank with approximately $2.9 trillion in assets under management or custody moved its three separate UK trading divisions into a single head office building, the challenge was to consolidate their trading and telephony systems. The bank’s aim was to cut costs and simplify the administration of their trading system. By purchasing a new trading platform the investment bank looked to reduce not only its support costs but also the administration of the system.
